Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
These terms apply to the MeetCard app and this website ("the service"), operated by Ace Credutech Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By buying a plan or using the service you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older and use MeetCard for business.
The service
MeetCard lets you scan business cards with your phone, save and organise the contacts, add notes and voice notes, and follow up with them, including by WhatsApp and with AI-written messages. Card details, voice-note text and AI messages are produced by AI and may contain mistakes; please check them before relying on or sending them.
Accounts and plans
- Your account is created with the email you enter when you buy a plan. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- A plan gives access to the features listed for it on this website, for the period you paid for (monthly or yearly). Buying the same plan again before it ends adds the new period on top. Switching to a different plan while one is active converts the time you have left into time on the new plan at its price (for example, 300 days of Basic become 124 days of Pro, and 100 days of Pro become 241 days of Basic), then adds the period you bought.
- When a plan ends, your account stays available in read-only mode: you can log in, view and export your cards, but not scan or add new ones until you renew.
- Plans do not renew automatically. We email you before your plan ends.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. See Refunds & cancellation.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful business contacts. Do not use it to send spam: WhatsApp messages you send through the app, including scheduled ones, go from your own WhatsApp account. They must follow WhatsApp's terms and policies, and you are responsible for the messages you send. WhatsApp may restrict or ban numbers that send unwanted messages; we are not responsible for action WhatsApp takes on your account. Emails you send through the app, including scheduled ones, go from your own email account and must follow your email provider's terms; you are responsible for them. If you record a conversation, tell the other person first and follow the law that applies to recording; you are responsible for having their agreement.
- Keep and contact only people you have a genuine business reason to, and follow the laws that apply to you, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules on unsolicited commercial messages.
- Don't upload anything unlawful, try to break or overload the service, access other people's accounts, or copy or resell the service.
Your data
Your cards and contacts belong to you. We process them on your behalf only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data. You can export your cards at any time, and delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account).
Third-party services
Some features use services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google and Razorpay, and their own terms also apply. WhatsApp linking uses WhatsApp's linked-device feature from your own account. MeetCard is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta, and those services may change or stop working at any time.
Our app and brand
The MeetCard app, website, name and logo belong to Ace Credutech Pvt Ltd. Your plan gives you a personal right to use the service; it does not transfer any ownership.
Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be shown here and, where important, told to you by email or in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service or break these terms. You can delete your account at any time in the app or by emailing us.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost business, or for messages you send, contacts you keep or action taken on your accounts by third-party services. You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be tried to be settled by talking to us; if that fails, they will be decided by the competent courts in India.
